Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information NUKTA AI ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

When you create an account. Your name, email address and password. Your password is stored only in a protected, one-way form that we cannot read. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. You may also add a mobile number and business name; both are optional.

When you take the AI Business Checkup. Your answers about your business. If you ask for the full report, we also collect your name and email address, and your phone number and business name if you choose to give them.

When you buy something. Your name, email address, the items you bought, the amount paid and, if you provide them, your phone number, business name, billing address and GSTIN. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.

When you subscribe to the newsletter. Your email address and whether you confirmed the subscription.

When you contact us or request details. The information you type into the form.

When you learn with us. Which lessons you have completed, and any certificate issued to you.

Technical information. When you log in we record the date, your IP address and your browser type, to keep accounts secure. We count how many times each page is viewed each day. This counter does not use cookies and does not store who viewed the page.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. With your permission only, we may also load analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can refuse analytics and the site will still work.

How we use your information

• To provide your account, your purchases, your reports and your certificates.
• To send service emails: verification codes, receipts, report links and access links.
• To send the newsletter, only if you asked for it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• To send updates and offers on WhatsApp or SMS, only if you gave a mobile number and separately agreed to this. You can withdraw this at any time in your account, under Profile and security. Without that agreement we use your number only to help with your account and orders.
• To reply to your messages and requests.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website, and only as far as they need it: our website hosting provider, Razorpay (payments), our email delivery provider, our video hosting providers for course lessons, and Google if you use Google sign-in or allow analytics. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account, purchase and tax records for as long as your account exists and for as long as the law requires afterwards. Checkup reports and enquiries are kept so that you can return to them and so that we can follow up. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

Your choices and rights

You can see and update your details in your account. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You may ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw a consent you gave. Write to us at support@nuktaai.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and protected password storage. No online service can promise complete security.
