These terms apply when you use the NUKTA AI website and buy or use our products. By using the site you agree to them.

1. About us

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity in your account. Give accurate information when you register or buy. One account is for one person; do not share your login.

3. Our content

Guides, insights, tool reviews, the AI Business Checkup and its reports are general educational information for business owners. They are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Information about third-party tools, including features and pricing, can change; always confirm on the provider's own website before you buy.

4. Purchases

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Your order is complete when payment is confirmed, and you then receive access through your account. If you buy as a guest, we create an account for the email address you gave.

5. Licence to use digital products

When you buy a course, playbook, template or toolkit, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and inside your own business. You may not resell it, share your access, publish it, or upload it to any service that makes it available to others.

6. Courses

Course access is given to the account that bought the course, for as long as we offer that course on this website. We may update or improve course content. A certificate of completion confirms that you completed the lessons; it is not an accredited qualification.

7. Premium membership

Premium membership runs for the period you pay for and does not renew automatically. Member benefits are those listed on the Premium page at the time, and may change over time. Access to member benefits ends when the membership period ends.

8. Workshops, roadmaps and other services

Services that are arranged directly with us are covered by the scope, price and terms agreed in writing before payment.

9. Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains when refunds apply.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, copy its content in bulk, share paid content, or use it for anything unlawful.

11. Intellectual property

The NUKTA AI name, logo and all content on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law.

12. No guarantee of results

We work to keep our content accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee any particular business result from using it. How you apply it in your business is your decision and responsibility.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

14. Changes

We may change the website, our products or these terms. If a change is significant we will show a notice on the website.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
