A monthly content plan with AI: from customer questions to posts
Stop wondering what to post. Turn the questions customers already ask into a month of content in one two-hour sitting, with AI doing the first draft.

Consistent marketing is hard for a small team because every post starts from a blank page. This plan removes the blank page. You sit down once a month for about two hours and leave with four finished posts.
Step 1: Collect ten customer questions
Open your chats and enquiries from the last month. Write down ten questions customers asked before they bought. These are the things people want to know, in the words they use. If you built a reply library, you already have this list: see How to build a WhatsApp reply library.
Step 2: Choose four topics for the month
Pick the four questions that come up most. One topic per week is enough to start. A plan you keep is better than a plan you admire.
Step 3: Draft with AI
For each topic, ask your AI assistant for a short post. Give it the facts: what you sell, who your customers are, and the correct answer to the question.
A prompt you can adapt:
Write a short social media post for a [type of business] in India answering this customer question: "[question]". Use simple English, 80 to 100 words, a friendly tone, and end with one clear next step. Do not use hashtags or emojis. Use only these facts: [your facts].
Ask for two versions and keep the better one. If your customers prefer Hindi, ask for the same post in simple Hindi as well.
Step 4: Add something only you can add
Unedited AI text sounds like everyone else. Add one real detail to each post: a photo from your shop or workshop, a short customer situation (without naming anyone unless they agreed), or your own opinion.
Step 5: Reuse each post three ways
- the main post on the platform your customers use most
- a shorter version as a WhatsApp status
- two or three lines in an email or broadcast, only to people who agreed to receive it
Step 6: Schedule the month
Put all four posts in your calendar or a scheduling tool in one sitting.
Example: one month for a made-up furniture shop
This is an example to show the plan, not a real business.
| Week | Customer question | Post | Real detail to add |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | "Which wood lasts longest?" | Three woods compared in plain words | Photo of the three samples on the counter |
| 2 | "Do you deliver and fit?" | What delivery and fitting include | A short video of the team fitting a bed |
| 3 | "Can I pay in instalments?" | The payment options, step by step | The owner explaining it in one line |
| 4 | "How do I care for it?" | Five care tips | A before-and-after photo of polishing |
Step 7: Check what worked
At the end of the month, note which post brought the most replies or enquiries. Write more about that topic next month, and drop the topic nobody reacted to.
Check before you post
- Are all facts, prices and offers correct today?
- Would you say this to a customer face to face?
- Is there one clear next step?
- Did you add at least one detail that is really yours?
Mistakes to avoid
- Posting every day for a week, then stopping. Once a week for a year works better.
- Copying the AI draft unchanged. Customers notice.
- Promising things the business cannot deliver. Every claim in a post is a promise.
